For Regular Employment: Account Officer - Direct Accounts (Microinsurance)

Join our team as an Account Officer
and make a difference in the lives of our kababayan by providing affordable and accessible microinsurance solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell microinsurance products (3KPP) to individuals, families, and communities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide affordable insurance solutions.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and consultations to increase awareness of microinsurance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Assist clients in understanding policies and filing claims when needed.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven and results-oriented personality.
Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of underserved communities.
Experience in sales or insurance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to travel and work in the field.
