For Regular Employment: Account Officer - Direct Accounts (Microinsurance)

and make a difference in the lives of our kababayan by providing affordable and accessible microinsurance solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell microinsurance products (3KPP) to individuals, families, and communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide affordable insurance solutions.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and consultations to increase awareness of microinsurance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Assist clients in understanding policies and filing claims when needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented personality.
- Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of underserved communities.
- Experience in sales or insurance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel and work in the field.
